Who are we? What is our place in this world? How do we find peace and happiness in all the chaos? How do we keep ourselves healthy, happy and physically fit in the midst of all our busy-ness.  How do we keep ourselves nourished and balanced in Mind Body and Spirit? 

I am a Holistic Healer, Social Worker, LightWorker, Servant Leader,  Mother to a few amazing humans,  International Bestselling Author, Social Justice Activist, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Photographer and a Dreamer.  I am a NJ native, raised my family in AZ and currently living back in my Ocean County hometown. I call both AZ and NJ my home.  I love capturing the fine moments in life when we feel the most connected to our inner spirit, to each other & to our community. I walk in daily gratitude for the Blessings that serendipitously show up.  Angelspace, dreamt into existence over 25 years ago,  has been one of those Blessings. We create Sacred Space when we show up and consider soulful choices that nurture the Essence of who we are, for our inherent well being and the Highest Good of all those who share our journey.
